Your order is safe with us. For domestic shipping, we rely on UPS. This allows you and us to track by the hour your packages until they reach us. The UPS shipping label we automatically generate for you contains a unique barcode that will be used to track your order throughout the process. Our processing center is run by qualified technicians who take the utmost care of every picture. Once your photos are scanned they are preserved forever. We take the security of your images very seriously - if were to lose or damage an order, we would have to close our doors. We have processed one and a half million images and have not lost or damaged a single one.
